Marked “Commercial Aluminum Cookware Co. Toledo, Ohio USA” with model 1388, this is an early 1970s anodized aluminum skillet/pan, predating the official “Calphalon” brand name .

It was manufactured by the predecessor of Calphalon (Commercial Aluminum Cookware Company), making it a collectible piece of cookware history.
